These
Russians want to know how rich I am.
I study clothesline wardrobe as it dries.
We have a vital interest in each other
and spheres of influence are in our eyes.
Nothing, from
The New York Times to Pravda,
of the starving for connection, do we learn.
I ask them who's their favorite U.S. actor.
"Ronnie" is the answer they return.
